The apartment
A new home base in Cabanas de Tavira
Ria Green House is a 98 m² apartment on the Conceição side of Cabanas de Tavira, finished in 2026 and furnished for long stays as well as short ones. It faces south and gets a lot of daylight, even in winter.
The kitchen and living room are one open space around an island that seats three. The living room opens onto a balcony over cypress and pine trees, and there is a private terrace with outdoor furniture as well.

Club storage and parking
The apartment comes with a private space in the building’s garage and a storage room, so clubs stay locked away between rounds instead of filling the hall. You drive back into the garage instead of looking for a space on the street.

From 1 November to 15 March the apartment is let by the month, with utilities included. The air conditioning heats every room, the desk and fibre internet cover a few hours of work a day, and Benamor sells 20 rounds for €1,200 if you plan to play most weeks.

Where it is
Ria Green House is on Rua D. Inácio de Santa Teresa, on the Conceição side of Cabanas de Tavira. That puts it a little inland: the waterfront, where boats leave for the island beach, is a 25 minute walk or a 5 minute drive.

Is there a golf course in Cabanas de Tavira?
Not in the village itself. Benamor, in Conceição de Tavira, is the nearest: under 5 minutes by car from Ria Green House, or a 15 minute walk. Royal Cabanas Golf is an apartment complex, not a course.
Is the apartment warm in winter?
Yes. Every room has an air conditioning unit that heats as well as cools, and the apartment faces south, so it gets the winter sun.
Can I book for a month?
Yes. From 1 November to 15 March the apartment is let by the month for €1,800, utilities included. Send your dates and we will confirm availability.
Do I need a car?
For most courses and beaches, yes. Benamor is close enough to walk to, and the apartment has its own garage space.
Is the apartment suitable for children?
Yes, children are welcome. The apartment sleeps six in three bedrooms.
